6 Week Advanced Pilates Series w/ Alicia Zabrocki (starting: Monday, 5/5/14):
Each class will concentrate on advanced and progressive work on a different apparatus and Pilates mat exercises. Take your Pilates practice to the next level and Alicia will guide you for the graduate progressions of current exercises. Challenge yourself to reach personal goals for new exercises.
Days (Monday, 5/5 to Monday, 6/16):
Mondays, 7pm-8pm (Alicia) – 4 clients/class
Thursdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm (Alicia) – 4 clients/class
6 Week Intro to Reformer w/ Page Barker (starting: Tuesday, 5/6/14):
Days (Tuesday, 5/6 to Tuesday, 6/10):
Tuesdays, 7pm-8pm (Page) – 4 clients/class
1 class for 6 weeks = $150 ($25/class)
2 classes for 6 weeks = $276 ($23/class)
You must commit for all 6 weeks. Classes can be made up on a different day, with the approval of the instructor. We must have at least 3 clients in each class.
