Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@pilatescenterofchicago.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

No, you do not need any previous experience to try a one-on-one session! We want everyone to have the opportunity to experience the mind body connection we offer at Pilates Center of Chicago.

Nope- just bring yourself, comfortable clothes you can work out in, and some water! Any equipment you need will be provided for you, down to mats and props.

Yes- there is parking available on N. Ravenswood Ave. It requires a permit Monday - Friday from 8am -10am. If you are parking outside of those hours, parking is free on Ravenswood Ave, however it is competitive so we advise leaving extra time to find a spot. Parking passes are 50 cents and you can purchase them at the front desk.

PCC has group equipment classes, which use the reformer and sometimes other Pilates apparatus, like the tower mat or chair. Group equipment classes require instructor approval and previous Pilates apparatus experience. See all of our class options here.

PCC is a fully equipped classical studio (reformer, towers, Wunda chairs, Cadillac, and barrels). We are currently transitioning all our equipment to Contrology by Balanced Body.

Private and Duet sessions at PCC are booked by appointment over the phone, through email, or in person.

Our goal is for you to get the most out of classes at PCC. In order for us to keep the quality of instruction and maintain a “hands on” approach, Pilates mat classes range from 3-10 clients and group equipment classes are 4-5 clients/class.
