Clients work one-on-one with a certified instructor utilizing the entire Pilates system to customize and focus on their individual needs. Clients work one-on-one with a certified instructor utilizing the entire Pilates system to customize and focus on their individual needs. In specific cases, the instructor can modify excercies for an injury, chronic pain or other requirements. Private sessions prepare clients for Duets and group equipment classes and can also be used periodically for refinement as clients seek the next level in their Pilates practice. All private sessions are made by appointment.

Two clients work with one certified instructor using the entire Pilates system, while still receiving individual attention for their specific needs. This is an energized session moving with more flow through the exercises. Clients need to be familiar with the apparatus in the system for a semi-private session. All semiprivate sessions are made by appointment.
