This is your opportunity to carry on the legacy of Joseph Pilates. Mr. Pilates gave his signature body of exercises to Romana Kryzanowska when he passed, and she gave them to Alycea Ungaro. Alycea now offers this work to you through the Real Pilates Teacher Training® program.
More information about the program can be found here.
Applications for PCC's fall training cycle are closed, please contact the studio if you are interested in the next cycle of Teacher Training, which will begin Spring 2025.
